Process

Our work process comprises four steps as standard. And we guarantee the absolute security of your data. This work process gives you the least possible effort. In order to provide you with our highest quality, it may be necessary to ask questions or request additional information in some cases.

Quotation and confirmation

You can send us your documentation by mail, courier or email.

Translation and proofreading

The text is translated into the desired target language by one of our translators. Another translator proofreads the translation independently of the first translator and makes amendments, if necessary. This four-eye principle guarantees the high quality of your translations.

Delivery

Your documents will be delivered to you by email or mail when they are complete. If you require your translated documents at short notice, we can deliver them to you free of charge in the Zurich area using our in-house courier.

After service

If you require amendments to be made after receiving the translation, you can notify us of these in the 10 working days following delivery.
